Infection Club: TB Talk

Prospects for new drugs in tuberculosis for developing countries - Prof Stephen Gillespie.

Prof Gillespie has done a great deal of research into diagnosis of TB, its pathogenesis, epidemiology and the emergence of multi-drug resistant TB. Infection Club lecture: Human African Trypanosomiasis & Leishmaniasis

Dr Wise is an ST2 in Tropical Medicince at UCLH/HTD and has recently conducted a large audit on cutaneous leishmaniasis which she presented at the Royal Society of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. In addition she has a keen interest in HAT and is hoping to organise a PhD in this.
